Moving to condo with cat, balcony safety

We are moving to a new condo in Don Mueang next month and the juristic office said there is no balcony net yet. Rain is 1 year old and very active, he jump everywhere and try to climb the window. Is it safe to keep him inside all day? I dont know what to do with him.

   น้องแมวอยู่ในบ้านทั้งวันก็ได้ค่ะ แต่ต้องมีที่ให้ปีนป่ายกับของเล่นให้เยอะ ระเบียงต้องทำตาข่ายให้แน่นเลย แมวสก๊อตโฟลด์ของเราเคยปีนหน้าต่างจนร่วงมาแร้ว เสียดายมาก ระวังด้วยนะค่ะ ถ้าเป็นแมวที่ชอบปีนมากๆ ให้คอนโดแมวสูงๆ ไว้ในห้องด้วย

   Yes, keep him inside and install a net on the balcony and windows. Cats fall from high floors a lot, even the good climbers. Also give him a scratch post and toys to keep him busy. Check the juristic rules first, they may ask you to do the net yourself.

   I live on the 15th floor with my dog, we keep him away from the balcony rail. Get the net, it costs maybe 3000 to 5000 baht, cheaper than a vet bill. Sometimes the condo office can help with the installation too.
