Finn's blood test, kidney numbers

Finn has been itchy for almost two months and I thought it was just dust from the burning season. We live in Hang Dong so the air is bad from February to April, I blame the air for everything. Last week I notice he drink water a lot more than usual. His bowl need refill two times a day now. I took him to the small vet by the market in Hang Dong, not the big one in town. The doctor check blood and the kidney numbers are a bit high for his age, he is almost 8 now. She said not emergency but want to check again in one month, and change his food to the kidney one. He hate it. He sniff the bowl and walk away like I give him medicine. She also found one tick on his neck, very small. She pulled it out with the tweezer and say give him tick and flea drop every month without skip. I already buy the drop from the pet shop but I was not giving regular, honestly. Shame on me. I set alarm on my phone now on the first day of every month. The itchy ears maybe allergy, she said we test later after the kidney is stable. Finn just sleep on the cool tile all day, which is same as before, so I am not sure what is normal anymore. I will update after the next blood test.
