neighbour complain about Prada again

Our neighbour on the 14th floor is complain again, this time at the lift, she say Prada bark too much at night. I am apologize but honestly Prada is only a baby, she is 0.2 years old and barking is her hobby now. I try to give her toy and she bark at toy also. I am trying to be good neighbour. I am buy white noise machine and put it near door. Also I am not walk her after 9pm anymore because she is very excited at night and make more noise. Is very difficult. Prada is not understanding why she must be quiet in the condo. Yesterday she barks at the air con for 20 minutes like it is insult her. My friend say to move to house in Ratchada side but I am not agree, I like the condo pool. Is ok, we will try. Sorry to all.
