the storms every rainy season

My neighbour's dog in Bang Na goes completely crazy every time there is thunder. Last month she came over at 2am shaking and crying and I ended up sitting on the floor with her for an hour. Poor girl. Since then I learned a few things from her owner. Closing the curtains helps a lot, and a fan or aircon on low so the thunder sound is covered. An old t-shirt with the owner's smell worked better than anything else. Some people use calming stuff from the vet but she did not need it. Now when a storm comes I text the owner and she brings the dog to my place. Sounds like we are both raising kids.
