Larger dogs generally need prior arrangement with the resort, so confirm before booking.

Pets are usually housed in land-based cottages rather than the floating raft rooms, to ensure their safety. Dogs may walk on a leash in the garden grounds, pathways and terrace areas, but pets are not permitted in the swimming pool.

Khaothone Riverview Resort is an eco-nature getaway with about 38 to 50 guest units designed to suit its rustic riverside setting.

Accommodation includes floating wooden rafts, known as Superior River Rafts, moored on the river, and hillside and garden cottages, including Deluxe Cottages and Family Rooms. Rooms have air conditioning, private bathrooms, refrigerators and private patios or terraces.

The resort is in Tha Sao, Sai Yok District, Kanchanaburi 71150, on the Khwae Noi River. By car from Kanchanaburi city, take Highway 323 (Saeng Chuto Road) north-west towards Sai Yok. Continue past the Thap Sila junction and the PTT Sai Yok Noi station, around km 117, then drive about 2.9 km further and turn left onto Sai Yok Noi Soi 5.

After about 650 m, turn right and follow the road to the T-junction, turn left and drive about 2.5 km until the resort entrance appears on your left.

By public transport, take a passenger van or bus from Bangkok (Southern Bus Terminal or Mo Chit) to Sai Yok Noi Waterfall. You can also take the State Railway train along the Death Railway to Nam Tok Station. From the waterfall or the station, about 6 km away, take a local songthaew or motorcycle taxi, or arrange a pickup with the resort, often around 300 THB.

Free on-site self-parking is available for guests.
