Terms of use

You can create an account with an email address or by signing in with Google, Apple, Microsoft, Facebook or TikTok. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

We research and check pet policies carefully, but places change their rules, hours and prices. Information on Wagdee is a guide, not a guarantee: please confirm with the place before you go. Wagdee is still in development and may contain mistakes.

You keep the rights to what you post (photos, stories, reviews, listings, messages). You give us permission to show it on Wagdee, translate it into the site’s languages and resize your photos. Do not post anything that is illegal, misleading, hateful, someone else’s work without permission, or personal data of others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Listings are between members. Wagdee is not a party to any sale and does not guarantee items, payments or delivery. Selling live animals, prohibited items or anything illegal under Thai law is not allowed.

Paid visibility plans are described on the business page. Featured places are always labelled as such. Paying does not change how we check a place’s pet-friendliness.

Wagdee is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for what happens at places, events or in deals between members.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. We may update them; the date at the top shows the last change.
