Dogs and cats are allowed under the resort's pet policy. Only non-aggressive breeds are accepted.
Pet fees are per pet per stay: THB 500 for small dogs up to 10 kg, THB 800 for medium dogs of 11–20 kg, THB 1,000 for large dogs over 20 kg, and THB 500 for cats. A standard check-in incidental deposit of about THB 1,000 may also apply. Some third-party listings show THB 600–650 a night instead, so confirm the fee with the resort.
Dogs over 20 kg are accepted only in the Bella Suite Villa and the Terrazza Family Villa. Some listings give an upper weight limit of 40–60 kg depending on the room, so confirm the limit with the resort.
The standard allowance is one pet per room. Guests with more pets should notify and clear it with the resort before arrival.
Some booking sites list the property as not allowing pets, so confirm with the resort before booking.
Pets can walk on a leash in the English-style gardens and on the lawns, but they are not allowed in the swimming pool.
Please follow the rules, be polite and considerate, and do not leave pets unattended unless you have agreed this in advance with the staff.
Description
Limon Villa Khao Yai is a 4-star boutique countryside retreat of around 29 to 32 standalone, single-storey villas. Dense hedges and trees separate the villas, giving each one a private garden feel, and the landscape is planted with lemon trees, roses and lavender.
Accommodation includes Fiore One Bedroom Villas, Bella Suite Villas with a private terrace and lawn, Terrazza Family Villas, and Casa Mona, a four-bedroom family villa of 350 square metres for 8 to 10 people, with cooking and karaoke facilities.
The property has two outdoor swimming pools, including a kids' pool section, and on-site dining at Mona Restaurant, which serves Thai dishes, steaks and wood-fired pizza. Guests can rent BBQ equipment, borrow free bicycles, and use the event and meeting spaces.
