Dogs and cats are welcome on request, and the hotel must be told when booking. Dogs up to 20 kg are permitted.

Or take a bus or minivan from Bangkok (Eastern Bus Terminal Ekkamai or Mo Chit) to the piers in Laem Ngop, Trat, about 4.5 to 5.5 hours.

Take a car ferry from Ao Thammachat Pier or Centerpoint Pier on the mainland to Koh Chang. Ferries run regularly between about 06:30 and 18:30, and the crossing takes 30 to 45 minutes.
